Hey Ashley, thanks so much for your comments. I am posting this in hope that you can use it for your Children Cooking Class. It is really easy and something they can do and make using the microwave.
- 2 cups chocolate chips -milk, dark or semisweet
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped almonds or pecans
Microwave the butter and chocolate on low until melted. Stir in remaining ingredients and drop on cookie sheet. Refrigerate until set.
