The Little Dip that Could.
This terrific dip surprises me every month in being the most popular with readers. It’s no wonder, it is easy, delicious and made with ingredients you probably have on hand right now.
Creamy Red Pepper Dip
Mix together in a bowl:
8 oz each sour cream
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz grated cheddar
1 grated jalapeño
1 minced garlic clove
1 medium red pepper finely chopped
Stir in 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin.
Chill several hours before serving.
